While Dr.Etemadi had meeting regarding developing neoteric meaning of management profoundly in current century also contemplated position of management development in management and organizational considerations, fostering manager and attention to educating and training managers from young adults and declared:

Necessity to change of management and trainings management is a debate which needs change permanently because our world is changing every day unless our society cannot change itself comparison to environment will be behind in compare to other societies.

Due to this fact that management method of each country has effect on its issues should have special attention on this part.

He also specified time of education for managers must change from high school to university high level and youth people should pass management courses not in theory but also practical from this age.

 

In continue he added :whereas the most precious capital of any society is youth resource with capable mind for different dehiscence should change them to experiment and useful managers which this part is not possible unless with right training and finding right one to replacement ,it seems only way for reaching to such important aim is each successful manager obliged himself to train at least 10 experiment and capable manager base on his training methods which is a must should be being a firm law.

Dr.Etemadi specified : Whereas so many of educated people in field of management are not in their right place and most of them are member of stuff or have jobs except management and this is a great weakness of society then it is necessary that successful managers providing training courses to repeat their experiences in this way in management arena ,start their management training system and beside that by putting their management knowledge in a shape of management software providing it to neoteric managers for developing this issue from all aspects to fulfill passing this platform from mind ware to software.

 

Also he added:

Unfortunately planning such process and explaining strategy to provide a culture for training elites one in country management is not ascertained in third world and this vital issue should not be ignore now a days.

Due to this fact we have seen that most of high level of managers and summits of reputable and known companies in the world exploited elites of our country who try to crystallize their own improving way spontaneously and get their scientific success.

This is why organizing such process in shape of preparing headstock for fertilizing management science is so important.

Because only in this way we can be sure at the same time of scientist presence and expertise in different arena of world can see flaunt of expertise and thoughtful ones of management science.

Whereas improving system of development is not possible just with human resource training then should have great attention on it in developing management science and also do not ignore that human and management have alternate on effect each other, because of that should try more on training useful and younger people for developing management and it cause us to pass Borden of success and become a developed country.
